The connecting structure comprises an embedded steel plate in a pier component, an anchoring structure of the embedded steel plate, a positioning anti-shear pin, a field connecting weld joint and a stiffening steel plate, and the construction method comprises the steps that the pier component is constructed respectively, related structures are embedded, and after the positioning anti-shear pin is aligned and installed in place, a whole is formed through welding of the embedded steel plate and the connecting steel plate. The design and construction principle of a steel structure are applied to connection between prefabricated concrete members, the connection structure is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is saved; the connection structure is detectable and repairable, the connection reliability of the prefabricated parts is improved, and the engineering quality is ensured; the on-site construction speed is high, the practicability is high, and the project progress can be accelerated.
