The invention relates to a compartment type dismantling construction method for an underground diaphragm wall adjacent to a subway foundation pit. The compartment type dismantling construction method comprises the following steps that the underground diaphragm wall between two-stage basements adjacent to a subway is subjected to regional division to form a plurality of blocks arranged transversely and longitudinally; the blocks are cut and dismantled through a rope saw in a layering and blocking mode from top to bottom, every two adjacent blocks are adopted as a dismantling area in the cutting and dismantling process, and the dismantling areas on the two sides are dismantled at the same time every other dismantling area; and when one layer of diaphragm wall at one block is removed, construction of the corresponding basement beam plate structures is conducted, so that the beam plate structures of the two-stage basement are connected at the corresponding blocks till construction is completed. When the underground diaphragm walls are dismantled, the underground diaphragm walls between every two spans are temporarily reserved, the effect of stabilizing the underground diaphragm walls is achieved, then connection of beam and slab structures is completed step by step in time, the influence on deformation of an operating subway is greatly reduced, the warehouse dividing method is adopted, flow construction is reasonable, and the dismantling construction speed can be increased.
本发明涉及一种邻近地铁基坑的地连墙分仓式拆除施工方法,包括如下步骤:对近邻地铁的两期地下室之间的地连墙进行区域划分形成横纵向排列的多个区块;对所述区块依据自上而下、分层分块的方式进行绳锯切割拆除,在切割拆除的过程中采用相邻的两个区块为一个拆除区,且每间隔一拆除区,对两侧的拆除区进行同时拆除;在完成一个区块处一层地连墙的拆除时,进行对应地下室梁板结构的施工让两期地下室的梁板结构在对应区块处实现连接,直至施工完成。本发明拆除地连墙时,每两跨间的地连墙暂时保留,起到了稳定地连墙的作用,之后及时逐步完善梁板结构的连接,大大降低了对运营地铁的变形影响,采用分仓法,流水施工较为合理,能加快拆除施工速度。
