The invention relates to an electric heating technology, and aims to provide an integrated electric heater capable of comprehensively utilizing multi-layer heat exchange. The product comprises a spiral annular electric heating tube with a multilayer structure and an outer water tube which is nested with the spiral annular electric heating tube in a staggered manner, all the components are embedded and fixed in a die casting or a casting piece of a heat conductor, a water storage tank is arranged in the center of the components, and an inner water pipe with a spiral multi-layer structure is positioned in the water storage tank; the water tank cover is used for sealing the water storage tank, and a water outlet, a water temperature sensor and a temperature controller are arranged on the water tank cover. The spiral length of the water pipe is effectively increased within the small product size, and the requirement for size miniaturization of the heater is met. The spiral water pipe structure sleeved inside and outside improves the effective heating area of the water pipe, optimizes the distribution of the water pipe in the heating body, improves the heat conduction efficiency, and ensures the rapid preheating requirement of the heater. Water flow in the water pipe can be fully preheated, heating is uniform, and the requirement for water temperature constancy of the intelligent closestool heater is met. And the production cost can be reduced in a die-casting or casting mode.
