The wood-plastic floor is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of PP (Polypropylene) reclaimed material, 30 to 40 parts of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) wood flour, 3 to 5 parts of lubricant and 3 to 5 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, the PP recycled material, the HDPE wood powder, a proper amount of a lubricant, a calcium-zinc stabilizer and the like are used as main raw materials, a flat double plastic extruding machine is used, the materials are mixed, extruded and calendered into sheets according to a certain proportion, and a plate which is high in hardness, good in stability and good in elasticity and imitates solid wood materials and high-molecular melamine decorative paper are prepared to replace a previous UV coating and a previous wear-resistant layer; the wear-resistant and scratch-resistant effects can be achieved, the structure can be simpler, the appearance of the material is beautified, the physical performance is improved, and the board is produced through high temperature and high pressure by laminating the impregnated polymer melamine decorative paper, the wood-plastic base material and the balance paper on the press.
