The invention discloses an anti-erosion ramming material for an aluminum electrolysis cell and a preparation method of the anti-erosion ramming material. The anti-erosion ramming material comprises 86-90% of a main raw material, 1-6% of an auxiliary raw material, 1-6% of alpha-Al2O3 powder, 1-6% of cured powder, 0.1-1% of a dispersing agent and 1-6% of a curing agent, all the raw materials are uniformly mixed, are finally sealed and stored, and are taken at any time when being used on site. Not only can the erosion of cryolite be solved, but also the scouring of molten aluminum can be resisted.
铝电解槽抗侵蚀捣打料及其制备方法,由主原料86‑90%、辅助原料1‑6%、α‑Al2O3粉1‑6%、固化粉料1‑6%、分散剂0.1‑1%、固化剂1‑6%组成;将所有原料混合均匀,最后进行密封保存,到现场使用的时候随用随取。不但可以解决抗冰晶石的侵蚀,还可以抗铝液的冲刷。
