Thermal self-healing asphalt pavement structure and thermal self-healing method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal self-healing asphalt pavement structure and a thermal self-healing method thereof. The structure comprises a wearing layer, an upper waterproof bonding heat-conducting layer, a bearing layer, a lower waterproof bonding heat-conducting layer and a base layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the wearing layer and the bearing layer are both asphalt mixture layers; the upper waterproof bonding heat conduction layer and the lower waterproof bonding heat conduction layer are each composed of an asphalt bonding layer, a conductive material, an asphalt bonding layer and a single-particle-size gravel layer which are arranged from bottom to top. The waterproof bonding heat conduction layer is arranged in the asphalt pavement structure, an external power source is used for supplying power, and the temperature of the wearing layer, the bearing layer and the waterproof bonding layer of the asphalt pavement can be increased; when the asphalt pavement has shallow layer diseases or potential diseases, the temperature of the asphalt structure layer is increased, the viscosity of the asphalt material is reduced, and the fluidity and plasticity are enhanced, so that the diseased part can heal again, and the asphalt pavement can recover the original performance along with the reduction of the temperature of the asphalt structure layer.
本发明公开了一种热自愈沥青路面结构及其热自愈方法,该结构包括自上而下依次设置的磨耗层、上层防水粘结导热层、承重层、下层防水粘结导热层、基层;所述磨耗层、承重层均为沥青混合料层;所述上层防水粘结导热层和下层防水粘结导热层均由自下而上设置的沥青粘层、导电材料、沥青粘层、单一粒径碎石层组成。本发明在沥青路面结构中设置防水粘结导热层,利用外部电源供电,可使沥青路面的磨耗层、承重层和防水粘结层升温;当沥青路面出现浅层病害或潜在病害时,给沥青结构层升温,沥青材料由于粘滞性降低,流动性和可塑性增强,此时已有病害处就会重新愈合,随着沥青结构层温度的降低,沥青路面就会恢复原有的性能。
