Seamless bridge expansion device
The invention belongs to a bridge expansion device, and particularly relates to a seamless bridge expansion device. Comprising working parts which are arranged at the beam ends on the two sides of the expansion joint respectively and can move in the same direction or opposite directions. The working part comprises a storage part and a lap joint part, the lap joint part comprises a supporting seat fixed to a beam end concrete structure on one side of the expansion joint and an expansion plate fixed to the upper surface of the supporting seat, the front end of the expansion plate faces the storage part, and the storage part comprises a fixed steel plate fixed to a beam end concrete structure on the other side of the expansion joint. The lower surface of the front portion of the fixed steel plate is a guide face capable of being in guide fit with the front end of the telescopic plate, and a containing cavity capable of containing the telescopic plate is formed below the fixed steel plate. The problems that in the prior art, driving comfort is poor, noise is high, and impact force is large are solved. The device has the advantages of good road surface flatness, comfort in driving, low noise, low device maintenance cost, low failure rate and the like.
本发明属于桥梁伸缩装置,特别是指一种无缝式桥梁伸缩装置。包括分别设于伸缩缝两侧的梁端且可产生相向或相悖运动的工作部;工作部包括收纳部及搭接部,搭接部包括固定于伸缩缝一侧梁端砼结构上的支撑座,固定于支撑座上表面且前端朝向收纳部的伸缩板,收纳部包括固定于伸缩缝另一侧梁端砼结构上的固定钢板,固定钢板的前部下表面呈可与伸缩板前端导向配合的导向面,固定钢板下方开设有可容纳伸缩板的收纳腔。本发明解决了现有技术存在的行车舒适度差、噪音高且冲击力大等问题。具有路面平整度好、行车舒适且噪音低,装置维护成本及故障率低等优点。
