The bridge abutment crack treatment method comprises the following steps that grouting is conducted on a bridge abutment base; a reinforcing foundation is arranged on the side portion of the abutment foundation, and a reinforcing wall is arranged on the side portion of the abutment body; and grouting and sealing the crack of the exposed surface of the bridge abutment. Drilling and grouting are conducted on the bridge abutment base for stabilization, the back wall and the side wall of the bridge abutment body are reinforced through the reinforcing foundation and the reinforcing wall, the bearing capacity of the foundation and the bridge abutment is improved, grouting sealing is conducted on cracks of the exposed face of the bridge abutment, the problems of bridge abutment foundation sinking and deformation cracks are solved, and the structural requirement of an original design is met; and the enlargement of bridge abutment treatment is reduced.
