The fixing equipment structurally comprises a piling frame machine body, a swing arm, a hydraulic cylinder mechanism, a diesel engine, a supporting platform and a moving wheel set, the piling frame machine body is arranged on the outer side of the swing arm and connected with the swing arm in a locked mode, the swing arm is arranged above the hydraulic cylinder mechanism, and the hydraulic cylinder mechanism is connected with the swing arm in a buckled mode. The problems that the piling efficiency is directly affected due to the situation that clamping and unsmooth sliding are prone to occurring otherwise, and time and labor are wasted due to the mode that lubricating oil is manually added can be solved, equipment can extrude a main oil cavity through cooperation of a contact frame, and the efficiency of piling is improved. The upper end balance weight lever device performs auxiliary balance weight on the oil cavity device, so that internal lubricating oil is transmitted to an outer side contact pad along a connecting cavity, a small amount and multiple times of lubrication are achieved, the two ends of a sliding rail frame are automatically lubricated, smoothness of a pile driving rod is guaranteed, and the manual intervention time is effectively shortened.
本发明公开了一种建筑工程打桩用固定设备,其结构包括:打桩架机体、摆臂、液压缸机构、柴油机、支撑平台、移动轮组,打桩架机体设于摆臂外侧且与摆臂锁接,摆臂设于液压缸机构上方,液压缸机构与摆臂扣接,使设备使用时,通过设有的机构,使本发明能够实现避免否则很容易出现卡顿,滑动不顺畅的情况,直接影响到打桩的效率,而人为加润滑油的方式则比较费时费力的问题,使设备通过接触架的配合能够对于主油腔进行挤压,上端配重杆装置对于油腔装置进行一个辅助配重,进而使得内部的润滑油沿着衔接腔往外侧接触垫传递,少量多次润滑的方式,进而使得对其滑轨架两端进行一个自动润滑的功能,保证其打桩杆的顺滑,有效减少人工干预的时间。
