The invention discloses a construction method for rapid pressure grouting of the bottom of a prefabricated column. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a formwork is installed, and the installation positions of the prefabricated column and a sleeve are checked; s2, after floor concrete is vibrated, the sleeve is placed and embedded into a floor concrete layer; after the floor slab concrete is solidified, the sleeve is tightly connected with the concrete floor slab; s3, the prefabricated column is installed, and a gap between the sleeve and the prefabricated column is filled with filler; and S4, after the filler is solidified, pressure grouting is conducted on the prefabricated column. According to the construction method for rapid pressure grouting of the bottom of the prefabricated column, the sleeve is arranged at the installation position of the prefabricated column, and rapid positioning and installation of the prefabricated column can be achieved; meanwhile, pressure grouting can be rapidly conducted after the prefabricated column is installed, and the construction period is shortened on the premise that the construction quality is guaranteed; and the sleeve can be disassembled for cyclic utilization after floor construction is completed, and certain environmental protection and economic benefits are achieved.
