The invention discloses a convenient-to-adjust shading double-sliding door which comprises a door lintel assembly mounted at the top of a door opening; the two guide rails are both installed in an inner cavity of the lintel assembly and arranged in the length direction of the lintel assembly, and hanging wheels are installed in inner cavities of the guide rails; the sliding door frame is installed on the side wall of the door opening, a rectangular area embedded into the door opening is formed between the sliding door frame and the lintel assembly, and a shading groove is formed in the sliding door frame in the height direction of the sliding door frame; the two sliding door leaves are correspondingly connected with the two hanging wheels respectively, slide along the guide rails under the action of external force and are embedded into the shading grooves so that gaps between the sliding door leaves and the sliding door frame can be shielded, and adjusting assemblies used for adjusting the heights of the hanging wheels are arranged in the gaps between the guide rails and the hanging wheels. According to the device, the light leakage phenomenon can be effectively avoided, installation can be completed at a time by an installer, secondary adjustment is not needed, and the sliding door leaf and the hanging wheel are convenient and rapid to install and detach.
