The invention discloses a portable insulating ladder structure which comprises an insulating ladder body, and the bottom of the insulating ladder body is provided with ground feet; the extension ladder is connected to the insulating ladder body in a sliding manner; one end of the clamping piece is connected to the extension ladder, the clamping piece is used for clamping the extension ladder at a plurality of positions of the insulating ladder body, and the clamping piece is movable; the fastener is used for connecting and fixing the insulating ladder main body and the extension ladder; the fastener comprises a fastening rope and two fixed pulleys; the insulating ladder body and the extension ladder are respectively provided with a fixed pulley, and the two fixed pulleys are arranged in a high-low manner; the fastening rope sequentially passes through the two fixed pulleys, one end of the fastening rope is connected to the insulating ladder body, and the other end of the fastening rope is bound on the extension ladder. The portable insulating ladder structure can be used under the condition that no support exists, and the flexibility and application universality of equipment are improved; the structure is simple, and repair and maintenance are convenient.
