Comprising the steps of obtaining soil samples at different depths of an engineering site; determining the slurry seepage pressure of the indoor test; preparing pile-soil transition zone samples at different depths; the pile-soil transition zone sample is maintained according to site construction conditions; the widths of the pile-soil transition zones at different depths are obtained through image processing software; drawing the change relation of the width of the pile-soil transition zone along with the increase of the depth of the field soil, and fitting to obtain a function relation; obtaining the equivalent diameter of the cast-in-place pile considering the width of the pile-soil transition zone based on the function relationship; and a cast-in-place pile vertical bearing capacity calculation formula considering the width of the pile-soil transition zone is obtained. According to the method, the process that the concrete slurry infiltrates into the soil in the actual construction process of the cast-in-situ bored pile is fully considered, the vertical bearing capacity of the cast-in-situ bored pile can be calculated more accurately, and the problem that the calculated vertical bearing capacity is small due to the fact that a pile-soil transition zone is not considered in a traditional calculation method is effectively solved.
