Preparation and application of polypropylene fiber recycled aggregate concrete
The invention provides preparation and application of polypropylene fiber recycled aggregate concrete, which is composed of cement, recycled brick coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, silica fume, fly ash, polypropylene fiber, water, a water reducer, an accelerator and a retarder. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 232 to 380 parts of cement, 350 to 500 parts of recycled brick coarse aggregate, 500 to 750 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 380 to 600 parts of silica fume, 180 to 300 parts of fly ash, 0.3 to 1.1 parts of polypropylene fiber, 150 to 280 parts of water, 0.1 to 1 part of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 4 parts of an accelerator and 0.1 to 1 part of a retarder. The cement, the recycled brick coarse aggregate, the recycled fine aggregate, the silica fume, the fly ash, the water, the water reducing agent, the accelerator, the retarder and the polypropylene fiber are matched with one another according to the proportion, so that the strength, the tensile strength and the compressive strength are improved while the recycled aggregate concrete is improved.
