The invention discloses a recycled artificial stone based on aggregate pretreatment and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step (1) preparation of recycled aggregate: waste concrete is selected, crushed, screened and the like to obtain the recycled aggregate; (2) preparation of aggregate pretreatment slurry: uniformly mixing and stirring sulphoaluminate cement or water glass and water according to a certain proportion to prepare the aggregate pretreatment slurry; (3) pretreating the recycled aggregate: dipping the recycled aggregate obtained in the step (1) in pretreatment slurry, dipping the recycled aggregate in sulphoaluminate cement slurry or a water glass solution, then taking out the recycled aggregate, and placing the recycled aggregate in a ventilated place for natural air drying; and (4) preparing the regenerated artificial stone. By adopting the preparation method of the recycled artificial stone based on aggregate pretreatment, the mechanical property of the obtained recycled artificial stone is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种基于骨料预处理的再生人造石及其制备方法，包括以下步骤：步骤(1)再生骨料制备：将废弃混凝土经挑选、破碎和筛分等过程，得到再生骨料；步骤(2)骨料预处理浆液制备：硫铝酸盐水泥或水玻璃与水按一定比例混合搅拌均匀，制成骨料预处理浆液；步骤(3)再生骨料预处理：将步骤(1)中所得的再生骨料浸渍于预处理浆液中，在硫铝酸盐水泥浆液浸渍，或水玻璃溶液中浸渍，然后取出，并放置在通风处自然风干；步骤(4)再生人造石制备。采用本发明提出基于骨料经预处理的再生人造石制备方法，所得再生人造石力学性能得到显著提升。
