The invention relates to a high-strength quick-setting material for grouting of an underground complex stratum of a coal mine and a preparation method and application of the high-strength quick-setting material, and belongs to the technical field of coal mine drilling. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-150 parts of aluminate cement, 50-100 parts of blast furnace slag, 0.1-1 part of a dispersing agent, 1-30 parts of a lightening agent, 1-10 parts of an activating agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a suspension stabilizer, 1-3 parts of a retarder and 60-120 parts of water. The material retains part of characteristics of aluminate cement, a solidified body with strength can be formed, and the early strength is stably guaranteed; due to the introduction of the blast furnace slag, the hydration heat release of an aluminate cement system is remarkably reduced, the later strength of a material forming a solidified body is ensured not to decline, and the material can be used within the temperature range of 25-80 DEG C. The material has the advantages of being high in hardening speed, good in fluidity, moderate in viscosity, short in thickening time and the like, the strength of a solidified body in one day is larger than 5.5 MPa, the sealing requirement in coal mine underground complex stratum drilling operation is met, and the material is suitable for drilling sealing in different stratum environments.
