The invention discloses a photocuring dissimilar ceramic, a forming method and a forming device, and relates to the technical field of non-traditional machining, no less than two ceramic materials are formed through photocuring, and the sum of the mass ratio of no less than two ceramic materials is 1 in the photocuring forming direction. A photocuring forming method is adopted, in the photocuring forming direction, the mass ratio of one kind of ceramic slurry is gradually decreased layer by layer from 100% along with the number of photocuring layers, the mass ratio of the other kind of ceramic slurry is gradually increased layer by layer from 0% along with the number of photocuring layers, and the viscosity of the mixed slurry is detected in real time and fed back through a viscosity measuring device. The photocuring dissimilar ceramic with gradient change performance is prepared. By dynamically adjusting the mass ratio of the dissimilar ceramic slurry, gradient change of components of the ceramic material is achieved, then the ceramic with the performance gradient change is obtained, the interlayer bonding strength of the dissimilar ceramic material is effectively improved, and interlayer defects such as air holes, cracks and inclusions can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种光固化异种陶瓷、成型方法及成型装置,涉及特种加工技术领域,不少于两种陶瓷材料采用光固化成型,沿光固化成型方向上,不少于两种陶瓷材料的质量比和为1。采用光固化成型方法,沿光固化成型方向一种陶瓷浆料质量占比随光固化层数由100%逐层递减,另一种陶瓷浆料的质量占比随光固化层数由0%逐层递增,并采用粘度测量装置对混合好的浆料的粘度进行实时检测并反馈,制备性能梯度变化的光固化异种陶瓷。本发明通过动态调节异种陶瓷浆料的质量占比,实现陶瓷材料成分梯度变化,进而得到性能梯度变化的陶瓷,有效提升了异种陶瓷材料层间结合强度,可降低层间缺陷,如气孔,裂纹和夹杂等。
