The formwork mechanism is used for pouring concrete. And the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the two template mechanisms. The pressure applying mechanism is used for pressing out water of the concrete. According to the device, the distance between the two formworks can be conveniently adjusted, and the two formworks can be limited and fixed, so that the stability of formwork pouring is improved, formwork expansion in the pouring process is avoided, and resource waste caused by formwork expansion is avoided while the quality of a concrete pavement is guaranteed; and when water of the poured concrete is pressed out, the pressing plate parallel to the pavement is adopted for pressing, so that inconsistent pressing force can be effectively avoided, and the flatness of the concrete pavement is ensured.
