The lifting assembly comprises a fixing sleeve arranged on the base, a lifting sleeve and a telescopic cylinder, wherein one end of the lifting sleeve is fixedly connected with the cross beam, the other end of the lifting sleeve is connected into the fixing sleeve in a sliding mode, and the telescopic cylinder is vertically arranged in the fixing sleeve and used for the lifting sleeve to move up and down. According to the method, a rotatable base is arranged on a vehicle body of the detection vehicle, and a lifting assembly is arranged on the base; the mechanism stability is good, the use safety and the service life are guaranteed, flexible transformation can be achieved according to actual use, the operation range is larger, and the overall flexibility and adaptability are improved.
