The protection part comprises a waterproof protection shell, a sheath and a telescopic tent; a waterproof coating is laid in the shell, and the shell extends outwards to form an eave edge and is tightly engaged with the edge of the sheath; the shells are connected with the telescopic awning through the protrusions and the grooves, and the telescopic awning can achieve self-adaptive deformation according to the relative position change of the shells on the two sides. The testing part comprises an acceleration sensor which can collect vibration responses of the sling in the longitudinal bridge direction and the transverse bridge direction at the position of the vibration reduction frame.
