The invention provides an industrial park rainwater collection system and a rainwater recycling system.The industrial park rainwater collection system comprises a rainwater collection pipe network, a monitoring assembly and a rainwater collection pool, the rainwater collection pipe network comprises a main pipeline and a plurality of unit area pipelines which communicate with each other, and each unit area pipeline is provided with a unit area convergence position; each monitoring well is arranged at the convergence position of the corresponding unit area, the detection devices, the sensors and the control valves are electrically connected with the intelligent control system, the detection devices are used for detecting the overproof degree of rainwater at the convergence position of each unit area, and the sensors are used for controlling opening and closing of the control valves; and the main pipeline is communicated with the rainwater collecting tank and is provided with a valve. According to the rainwater collection system for the industrial park, rainwater in different unit areas can be collected in a partitioned mode, real-time monitoring and timely treatment are achieved, and the environment risk monitoring emergency disposal capacity in the industrial park is improved.
