The invention discloses a construction method of a breathable roof ventilation system, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparation before construction: performing secondary optimization on a roof, drawing a construction operation drawing, enabling the vertical and horizontal spacing of an exhaust pipe laying area to be smaller than 5m, and enabling exhaust pipes to be communicated in a cross shape; step 2, selecting and processing an exhaust pipe, specifically, using a plastic pipe with the diameter of phi 50mm and a circular plastic pipe with the wall thickness of 2.00 mm, drilling air vents in the wall of the UPVC pipe by using an electric drill, drilling four holes in a circle, and arranging the four holes in a staggered manner; step 3, selection of an air hole cover, specifically, the air hole cover is made of a stainless steel material, and the wall thickness of the stainless steel is 0.4 mm; step 4, selecting an exhaust fan; the exhaust pipe is embedded in the heat preservation layer and is communicated with the breather pipe embedded in the parapet wall on the periphery of the roof, and the solar panel is used for providing power for the exhaust fan, so that continuous active exhaust is achieved, a steam exhausting and permeating system is formed, and the effect of exhausting steam in the roof layer is good.
