本发明涉及钢结构柱脚灌浆技术领域,具体的公开了一种柱脚灌浆定型模具及使用方法,包括若干下端设有弹性条的围板,相邻的围板首尾相连组成框体,且其中两个相对的围板上方设有挤压架。本发明中各围板组成的框体具有较好的稳定性,避免了混凝土向此框体内倾倒时冲击力会把模具向一侧带动导致模具在使用过程中跑模,而造成施工现场被外泄的混凝土污染的现象;同时由于套筒的内部设有振动器,而振动器产生的震动作用力通过套筒、螺纹杆、转动架传递到相连接的围板上,即通过各围板的震动可对混凝土起到一定程度的振捣效果,从而使得混凝土更密实结合,即柱脚处浇注的混凝土在固化后其蜂窝麻面等现象可有一定的改善。
