Comprising the following steps that a hoop (8) is fixed to one end, where a defective bolt (15) is located, of a net rack web member (9); a positioning seat (10) which is coaxial with the net rack web member (9) is fixed on the bolt ball (11); and a tensioning system formed by connecting a screw rod (12) and a high-strength screw rod (13) through a connecting sleeve (14) is used for fastening again. The hoops (8) are reinforced at the ends, where the defective bolts (15) are located, of the net rack web members (9), the method is simple, the stability coefficient is high, and disassembly is easy; meanwhile, a positioning seat (10) is fixed on a bolt ball (11), so that a further reinforcing effect is achieved; the hoop (8) is composed of the two half hoops, the two half hoops are connected through the high-strength bolts (6) to form the complete fixing component hoop (8), assembly and disassembly are convenient, the assembly and disassembly time is saved, and then the working efficiency is improved.
