The cover body is of a cavity structure with an opening facing the ground, and the suspended ceiling is of a V-shaped structure matched with the cover body and provided with an opening facing the cover body. The unpowered wind balls are in one-to-one correspondence with the ventilation units and are mounted in the first chamber; a solar panel is mounted on the upper surface of the awning; the awning is completely arranged to be the fully-closed space except the ventilation position, the V-shaped suspended ceiling is matched, diffusion of hydrogen is accelerated, hydrogen is prevented from being accumulated in the awning, the unpowered wind ball fully achieves communication between the awning shielding space and the external atmosphere, other power units do not need to be additionally arranged, the maintenance cost of the hydrogen refueling station is saved, and the service life of the hydrogen refueling station is prolonged. The upper surface of the awning is provided with a solar panel for direct-current power supply, so that the safety explosion-proof coefficient is improved, and solar energy can be effectively utilized to provide energy for the hydrogen refueling station.
