The invention discloses a scheme for building a three-dimensional garage in a high-rise building structure. The three-dimensional garage (U) is at least built in any at least one part or on the side surface of any type of high-rise building (H) in a vertical upright structural state; when carrying vehicles go up and down, the vertical arrangement pattern scheme that the middle elevator shaft (G) and the parking spaces (D) on the two sides form one group is adopted, and at least one group forms the structural form of the stereo garage (U). The basic types of the structural form are as follows: 1, a special stereo garage (U) which is arranged as a group and is integrated by two rows which are tightly attached from front to back; the structural form is most suitable for being arranged in a high-rise building (H) with a rectangular cross section or a special-shaped high-rise building (H) in which a special stereo garage (U) can be arranged between at least two local parallel vertical cross sections. And 2, a conventional stereo garage (U) which is integrated by arranging the three-dimensional garage into one group and taking a single row as a whole. By the adoption of the scheme, the problem that parking is difficult can be solved at the same time.
一种高层楼房建筑结构中修建立体车库的方案：立体车库(U)以竖向直立的结构状态至少修建在位于任何类型高层楼房(H)中的任何至少一个部位当中或侧面；运载车辆上与下时采用中间电梯井(G)两侧停车位(D)为一组的竖向排列格局方案、并由至少一组形成了立体车库(U)的结构形式。该结构形式的基本类型有：一、以采用上述排列为一组的由前后紧贴双列为伍集成的特殊立体车库(U)，这类结构形式最适合于设置在其截面为矩形断面的高层楼房(H)当中或至少存在在其局部的两个平形垂向截面之间能够设置特殊立体车库(U)的异形高层楼房(H)中来设置。二、以采用上述排列为一组的由单列为伍集成的常规立体车库(U)。——若采用本发明方案就能同时解决好停车难问题。
