The invention further provides a container with the locking device. The problems that an existing container needs to execute a locking step and is prone to being damaged after being used for a long time are solved.
本发明公开一种闭锁装置及具有闭锁装置的容器，闭锁装置设置于容器本体的侧开口，包含：把手、闭锁件及复位弹簧，把手枢设于容器本体的顶部而可相对顶部转动，把手具有驱动部，闭锁件呈长条状，两端分别枢接于容器本体的顶部及底部而可靠近或远离侧开口，闭锁件的上端部邻近驱动部，复位弹簧设置于把手，其中于把手自水平位置旋转至直立位置，驱动部一并旋转并驱动上端部，使闭锁件旋转靠近侧开口。本发明还提供一种具有前述闭锁装置的容器。本发明解决现有的容器需多执行一道闭锁的步骤以及长时间使用容易损坏的问题。
