Antibacterial BMC (bulk molding compound) material and production process thereof
The antibacterial BMC material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 85 to 90 parts of unsaturated resin, 18 to 23 parts of shrinking agent, 75 to 80 parts of chopped glass fiber, 2 to 3 parts of initiator, 2 to 3 parts of curing agent, 0.2 to 0.3 part of inorganic filler, 0.5 to 0.6 part of antioxidant, 8 to 10 parts of composite antibacterial agent, 58 to 65 parts of anti-ultraviolet absorbent and 30 to 35 parts of ore sand or quartz sand. The composite antibacterial agent is formed by mixing silver-loaded hydroxyapatite and nano-zinc oxide according to the mass ratio of (1: 0.8)-(1: 2); the composite antibacterial agent formed by mixing the silver-loaded hydroxyapatite and the nano zinc oxide according to the mass ratio is added into the formula, so that the BMC material has good antibacterial performance, breeding of bacteria can be inhibited, the corrosion resistance of the BMC material is improved, and the service life of the BMC material is prolonged.
本发明公开了抗菌性BMC材料及生产工艺,包括以下重量组分:不饱和树脂85‑90份、收缩剂18‑23份、短切玻璃纤维75‑80份、引发剂2‑3份、固化剂2‑3份、无机填料0.2‑0.3份、抗氧化剂0.5‑0.6份、复合抗菌剂8‑10份、抗紫外吸收剂58‑65份、矿砂或石英砂30‑35份;所述复合抗菌剂为载银羟基磷灰石和纳米氧化锌按照质量比为1:0.8‑1:2混合而成;本发明通过在配方中加入了由载银羟基磷灰石和纳米氧化锌按照质量比混合形成的复合抗菌剂,使得BMC材料具有良好的抗菌性能,可以抑制细菌的滋生,进而提高其自身的防腐性能和使用寿命。
