The invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic material and the ceramic material. The method comprises the following steps: preparing an initial layered silicate; performing acid pickling on the initial layered silicate; filling silicon dioxide between layers of the acid-washed layered silicate; and mixing the filled layered silicate with a ceramic raw material, and sintering to obtain the ceramic material. The ceramic material prepared by the method provided by the invention has improved thermal shock resistance and good mechanical strength.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷材料的制备方法及陶瓷材料。所述方法包括以下步骤：准备初始层状硅酸盐；对初始层状硅酸盐进行酸洗；向酸洗后的层状硅酸盐的层间填充二氧化硅；将填充后的层状硅酸盐与陶瓷原料混合并进行烧结，从而得到所述陶瓷材料。通过本发明的方法制备的陶瓷材料具有改善的抗热震性和良好的机械强度。
