The invention relates to a method for preparing an alumina fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material based on a constant liquid level concentration-in-situ gel process and application of the alumina fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weaving a fiber preform fabric; removing the impregnating compound; carrying out vacuum-pressurizing impregnation; performing constant-liquid-level vacuum concentration: maintaining the vacuum degree in the impregnation device, stirring and heating the device to a certain temperature to concentrate the low-viscosity slurry, and continuously supplementing and injecting the low-viscosity slurry from the lower part of the device, so that the liquid level height of the slurry in the device is maintained constant; continuously carrying out water and matrix component replacement on the slurry inside the prefabricated body and the slurry outside the prefabricated body, so that the matrix content inside the prefabricated body is gradually increased; carrying out in-situ gel reaction; drying and sintering are performed; and multiple times of impregnation and densification are performed according to actual needs. The method can effectively reduce the number of times of impregnation and sintering in the compounding process and improve the strength retention rate of fibers, so that the mechanical property of the composite material is improved, and the preparation cost of the composite material is reduced.
本发明涉及一种基于恒液面浓缩‑原位凝胶工艺制备氧化铝纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的方法及其应用。所述制备方法包括:编织纤维预制体织物;去除浸润剂;进行真空‑打压浸渍;进行恒液面减压浓缩:维持浸渍装置内部的真空度,并对装置搅拌、加热至一定温度,使低粘度浆料浓缩,同时不断从装置下部补充注入低粘度浆料,从而使装置内浆料液面高度维持恒定,预制体内部的浆料与外部浆料不断进行水和基体成分的置换,使其内部的基体含量逐步提高;进行原位凝胶反应;进行干燥和烧结;根据实际需要进行多次浸渍增密。本发明能够有效减少复合过程的浸渍和烧结次数,提高纤维的强度保留率,从而提高复合材料的力学性能,并降低复合材料制备成本。
