The structure of collapsible loess particles can be changed, original cohesion in the loess particles is recombined, irreversible cohesion is generated, and filling of internal gaps is achieved; the water absorption capacity of collapsible loess particles can be weakened, the hydrophilicity of the collapsible loess particles is reduced, a shielding effect is generated on water, and a waterproof soil layer is formed; a plurality of reinforcing grid structures which are arranged in a staggered manner can be formed in the collapsible loess roadbed; in conclusion, the purposes of resisting permeation, improving the bearing capacity, reducing deformation and stabilizing the soil body for a long time can be achieved.
