The multiple supporting columns are arranged at intervals in the width direction perpendicular to the river channel. The lower ends of the supporting columns are connected with the top of the foundation platform, and the upper ends of the supporting columns are connected with the bottom of the hoisting piece. The truss assembly extends in the arrangement direction of the supporting assemblies; the truss assembly is connected with the upper portions of the multiple supporting assemblies.
