The invention discloses a pushing structure and a steel box girder pushing construction method.The pushing structure comprises a steel box girder, a temporary pier and a pushing assembly, a deviation rectifying beam is arranged on the lower surface of the steel box girder in a protruding mode, and a supporting platform and a supporting column located on the supporting platform are arranged at the top of the temporary pier; the jacking assembly comprises a jacking mechanism, a translation mechanism and a deviation rectifying mechanism which are arranged on the supporting platform from bottom to top, the deviation rectifying mechanism comprises a supporting seat and a deviation rectifying structure, the supporting seat is used for supporting the steel box girder, a limiting groove corresponding to the deviation rectifying beam is concavely formed in the top of the supporting seat, and the deviation rectifying structure is used for driving the supporting seat to drive the steel box girder to transversely rectify deviation; a stopping piece and a supporting piece are oppositely arranged between the supporting column and the translation mechanism, and the stopping piece supports the supporting piece to fix the height of the steel box girder. The invention aims to solve the problem of poor stability in the construction process caused by transverse deviation of the steel box girder and non-uniform multi-point jacking height during pushing construction of the existing steel box girder.
本发明公开一种顶推结构以及钢箱梁顶推施工方法,其中,顶推结构包括钢箱梁、临时墩以及顶推组件,钢箱梁的下表面凸设有纠偏梁,临时墩顶部设置有支撑平台以及位于支撑平台上的支撑柱,顶推组件包括自下至上设置于支撑平台上的顶升机构、平移机构以及纠偏机构,纠偏机构包括支撑座以及纠偏结构,支撑座用以支撑钢箱梁,且支撑座顶部凹设有对应于纠偏梁的限位槽,纠偏结构用以驱动支撑座带动钢箱梁横向纠偏;支撑柱与平移机构之间相对设置有止挡件与支撑件,止挡件支撑支撑件以固定钢箱梁的高度。本发明旨在解决现有钢箱梁顶推施工时容易出现钢箱梁横向偏移以及多点位顶升高度不均导致的施工过程稳定性差的问题。
