The light anchor type anti-tilting and anti-falling aluminum alloy guide rail for the climbing frame is formed by adopting a 6061-t6 aluminum alloy material in a one-time extrusion mode and is mainly composed of a track plate, an inclined plate, a top plate, side plates, a partition plate and an anti-falling grating. The side plates are sleeved with the connecting buckle plates, and paired force bearing points can be provided so that the shear resistance of the connecting positions can be improved. The outer side of the track plate adopts an arch design and is provided with a triangular cavity, so that a resisting moment can be provided to prevent the track plate from deforming and the frame body from overturning; arc-shaped bulges are arranged on the track plates, so that when the frame body transversely slides, the rollers can be effectively prevented from falling off from the edges of the two sides, and the center line of the guide rail and the center line of the guide seat are kept centered; the anti-falling grating can prevent the frame body and the guide rail from falling suddenly by colliding with the swing block, the anti-falling grating and the track plate are integrated, and the connection strength of the anti-falling grating and the track plate is enough to resist impact during falling. Compared with the design schemes of a traditional steel guide rail and an existing aluminum alloy guide rail, the steel guide rail has better shearing resistance, overturning resistance, falling prevention, centering performance and the like.
本发明公开一种爬架用轻型锚式抗倾防脱铝合金导轨,采用6061‑t6铝合金材料一次挤压成型,其主要由轨道板、斜板、顶板、侧板、隔板、防坠格栅组成;所述侧板上套装有连接扣板,能提供成对的承力点,来增加连接处的抗剪能力;所述轨道板外侧采用弓形设计并设置有三角形空腔,能提供抵抗力矩来防止轨道板变形和架体倾覆;所述轨道板上设有弧形凸起,在架体发生横向滑移时,能有效阻止滚轮从两侧边缘脱出,使导轨中线与导座中线保持对中;所述防坠格栅,能通过与摆块撞击来阻止架体和导轨突然坠落,且防坠格栅与轨道板通体,其连接强度足以抗衡坠落时的冲击。相对传统钢制导轨和现有铝合金导轨设计方案,本发明具有更优的抗剪、抗倾覆、防脱、对中等性能。
