According to the reinforced concrete pavement structure, positive membranes and negative membranes are sequentially and alternately distributed on the cross section of a water-permeable reinforced concrete framework at intervals and located between positive plates and negative plates, the positive membranes on the outermost layer are close to the positive plates, and the negative membranes on the outermost layer are close to the negative plates; an anode water collecting area is formed between the outermost anode membrane and the anode plate, a cathode water collecting area is formed between the outermost cathode membrane and the cathode plate, and a purified water collecting area and a sewage collecting area which are alternately distributed at intervals in sequence are formed between the outermost anode membrane and the outermost cathode membrane; the anode water discharge pipe is communicated with the anode water collection area; the cathode water discharge pipe is communicated with the cathode water collection area; one end of each purified water discharging pipe is communicated with the bottom of the corresponding purified water collecting area, and the other end of each purified water discharging pipe is communicated with a rainwater pipe network; the plurality of sewage discharge pipes are respectively communicated with the bottoms of the corresponding sewage collection areas, and the other ends of the sewage discharge pipes are respectively communicated with a sewage pipe network. According to the structure, rainwater pollution is reduced, and rainwater can be utilized.
