The invention relates to a post-reinforcement method assembly type pier column construction method which comprises the steps that a pier column is divided into a plurality of prefabricated sections, a protruding positioning block is arranged in the middle of the top of each prefabricated section, and a positioning groove capable of being matched with the positioning block is formed in the middle of the bottom of each prefabricated section; a plurality of circumferential ribs are arranged in each pier column section, and 3-4 vertical hanging ribs welded to the circumferential ribs are arranged in the circumferential direction at equal intervals; a plurality of main reinforcement preformed holes are formed in each section; and the prefabricated sections are hoisted section by section, after each section is hoisted in place, the main reinforcements are installed in the main reinforcement preformed holes, the main reinforcements between the upper section and the lower section are connected through straight thread sleeves, grouting is conducted between the main reinforcements and the pre-buried hole walls, and reliable connection of the main reinforcements is achieved. The method can greatly reduce the hoisting weight of the pier column, and is suitable for prefabricated pier column construction in places such as mountainous areas where traffic is inconvenient.
本发明涉及一种后筋法装配式墩柱施工方法,将墩柱分为多个预制节段,每个预制节段顶部中间设一突出的定位块,底部中间设一可与定位块契合的定位槽;每个墩柱节段内设置多根环向筋,并环向等距设置3‑4根与环向筋焊接的竖向吊筋;每个节段内设置多个主筋预留孔;逐节吊装预制节段,每个节段吊装到位后在其主筋预留孔内安装主筋,上下节段间的主筋采用直螺纹套筒连接,主筋与预埋孔壁之间灌浆,实现主筋可靠连接。本方法可大幅降低墩柱吊装重量,适用于山区等交通不便利的地方预制墩柱施工。
