A second box culvert is inserted in one side of the first box culvert in an aligned manner; a plurality of third box culverts are inserted into one side of the second box culvert; through cooperation of a third butt-joint frame, a third butt-joint groove and a third external steel bar and cooperation of a first butt-joint frame, a first external steel bar and a first butt-joint groove, a large amount of concrete is inserted and injected through a grouting sleeve, and a connecting gap between the first box culvert and the second box culvert and a connecting gap between the second box culvert and the third box culvert are filled; the first box culvert, the second box culvert and the third box culvert are fixedly connected into a whole, so that the earthquake resistance and the soil movement resistance are greatly improved, meanwhile, gaps among the first box culvert, the second box culvert and the third box culvert are blocked, and the sealing performance is improved; and through the prefabrication method, the manufacturing cost is low, and the assembly efficiency is high.
