The energy-saving and environment-friendly water floating garbage cleaning device comprises supporting foot stools, and a garbage storage frame is arranged among the eight supporting foot stools; the first mounting plates are symmetrically arranged on one side of the garbage storage frame; and the driving mechanisms are arranged on the opposite sides of the two first mounting plates.
