According to the mounting method, the jacket can be lifted by means of buoyancy of water, the requirement for the maximum lifting weight of the floating crane ship is lowered, the floating crane ship can meet the requirement for vertical lifting, the jacket is lifted to the mounting position of the water pressure rising station in a vertical lifting mode, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
