Cross-laminated wood sandwich anti-explosion energy-absorbing shear wall structure
The invention discloses an orthogonally laminated wood sandwich anti-explosion energy-absorbing shear wall structure which comprises orthogonally laminated wood wallboards, specially-structured energy-absorbing core layers, screws, connecting pieces and orthogonally laminated wood floors. The connecting piece comprises ribbed angle steel, a groove-shaped steel plate and a high-strength bolt for connecting the angle steel and the steel plate; the ribbed angle steel and the groove-shaped steel plate are embedded into a rectangular friction plate; the energy-absorbing core layer is particularly structured to be located between the cross-laminated wood wallboards to form the energy-absorbing shear wall; the energy-absorbing shear wall is connected with the cross-laminated wood wallboards and the cross-laminated wood floors through the connecting pieces to form a shear wall structure. Through reliable connection of the angle steel, the high-strength bolts, the screws and the like, the wall effectively bears vertical loads and horizontal loads, the integrity and the stress performance of a structural system are guaranteed, meanwhile, friction force between the friction plates and the groove-shaped steel plates is fully utilized, out-of-plane loads such as wind pressure are effectively resisted, effective transfer of the loads is guaranteed, and the service life of the wall is prolonged. The energy-absorbing core with a special structure is arranged between the cross-laminated wood wallboards, so that explosion energy can be absorbed, and an explosion-proof effect is achieved.
