Steel structure assembly type floor slab and assembly method thereof
A steel structure assembly type floor slab comprises a plurality of supporting section steel and a plurality of floor slab modules which are located at the same horizontal height and arranged alternately. Each floor slab module is composed of a plurality of formworks which are located on the same straight line and connected in sequence, the two sides of each formwork are clamped to the adjacent supporting profile steel, and clamping grooves corresponding to the formworks of the adjacent floor slab modules are formed in the two sides of the supporting profile steel. An end plate is formed at the end of the supporting profile steel and abuts against the formwork on the outermost side of the floor slab module. Compared with the prior art; by arranging the rubber pads and the foam plates, connection between the formwork and the supporting profile steel is more stable, when vibration occurs, the rubber pads and the foam plates serve as flexible buffering materials, collision deformation between the formwork and the supporting profile steel is reduced, by arranging the profiled steel plates and arranging the foam blocks in the profiled steel plates, the overall strength of the formwork is high, and meanwhile the overall strength of the formwork is improved. The foam block plays a role in damping and buffering.
