Polyacrylic acid is used as a dispersing agent and a base material, calcium oxide and silicon salt are added at the same time, polyacrylic acid and calcium oxide generate calcium polyacrylate, calcium combined with polyacrylic acid makes contact with silicon salt to produce CHS, polyacrylic acid can further react with calcium oxide, and CHS is produced. The non-neutralized polyacrylic acid is used as the dispersing agent, so that the supersaturation degree of calcium can be greatly improved, and the generated nano CHS is promoted to be smaller and more uniform in particle size. In addition, calcium oxide is wide in source, and the production cost can be greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种纳米水化硅酸钙晶核早强剂及其制备方法,制备方法为:1)在高速剪切机加入水、氧化钙和聚丙烯酸,进行搅拌;2)在搅拌条件下,开始同时滴加硅盐溶液,滴加完成后,持续搅拌,静置,除掉沉淀物,即可得到纳米水化硅酸钙晶核早强剂。聚丙烯酸为分散剂并作为底料,同时分别加入氧化钙和硅盐,聚丙烯酸与氧化钙,生成聚丙烯酸钙,与聚丙烯酸结合的钙与硅盐接触后生产CHS,聚丙烯酸可以进一步与氧化钙反应,由于采用未中和的聚丙烯酸作为分散剂可以大大提高钙的过饱和度,促进生成的纳米CHS粒径更小和更均匀。另外,氧化钙来源广泛,可极大的降低生产成本。
