The invention discloses two fluorocarbon polyester cement gels and a preparation method thereof, the first fluorocarbon polyester cement gel is composed of a fluorocarbon polyester liquid and modified cement, and the mass ratio of the fluorocarbon polyester liquid to the modified cement is 1: (1 +/-0.02); the second kind of fluorocarbon polyester cement glue is composed of fluorocarbon polyester liquid, modified cement and water, and the mass percent of the fluorocarbon polyester liquid to the modified cement is 1: (1 +/-0.02): (0.05 +/-0.01); the preparation method of each of the two fluorocarbon polyester cement gels comprises the following three steps: preparing fluorocarbon polyester liquid, preparing modified cement and preparing the fluorocarbon polyester cement gel. The two fluorocarbon polyester cement gels have excellent physical properties such as high scratch resistance, better extensibility, flame incombustibility, antibacterial property, microorganism breeding resistance, water resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance, and excellent chemical properties such as high weather resistance, high chemical resistance and organic solvent resistance.
