Environment-friendly inorganic porous plate as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides an environment-friendly inorganic perforated plate prepared by firing more than 70% of components from waste as well as a preparation method and application of the environment-friendly inorganic perforated plate. The perforated plate is prepared from the following component materials in percentage by weight: 40-80% of transparent waste glass, 5-30% of palygorskite, 2-30% of calcium carbonate and 2-40% of fly ash of a waste incineration power plant. According to the preparation method of the perforated plate, hazardous wastes (fly ash) and wastes (waste glass) with more than 70% of components are selected as raw materials to fire the perforated plate, so that the purpose of treating wastes with wastes is achieved. The preparation method is simple and convenient to operate, the used raw materials are easy to obtain, the production is environment-friendly and pollution-free, and the preparation method is particularly suitable for the current production mode requiring circular economy; the environment-friendly inorganic porous plate can be applied to adsorption of heavy metals in water and filtration of granular pollutants in water.
本发明提供一种70%以上成分由废弃物烧制而成的环保无机多孔板及其制备方法和应用,所述多孔板由以下重量百分比组分材料制成:透明废玻璃40%‑80%、坡缕石5%‑30%、碳酸钙2%‑30%、垃圾焚烧发电厂飞灰2%‑40%;本发明的多孔板的制备方法,通过选择超过70%以上组分的危险废物(飞灰)及废物(废玻璃)作为原料烧制多孔板,达到以废治废的目的。本发明的制备方法操作简单方便,使用原料容易取得,生产环保无污染,特别适合当前讲求循环经济的生产方式;此环保无机多孔板可应用于吸附水中重金属及过滤水中颗粒状污染物。
