A self-supported three-dimensional graphene-ceramic composite material is formed through solvothermal reaction, and then the three-dimensional graphene composite porous ceramic material is obtained through drying and high-temperature sintering. The invention provides a novel powder forming method, and the prepared composite foam material is composed of a porous ceramic skeleton and a three-dimensional cross-linked graphene network and has the advantages of being high in universality, adjustable in porosity, capable of improving the conductivity of a ceramic substrate and the like.
