The concrete pouring body can comprise a prefabricated reinforcement cage, an anti-crack net and an anti-crack concrete layer; the anti-crack net is fixed on the outer side of the prefabricated reinforcement cage; concrete is poured into a peripheral formwork fixed to the position, at the preset distance, of the outer side of the prefabricated reinforcement cage, the concrete pouring body is obtained, and the obtained concrete pouring body comprises an anti-crack concrete layer with the thickness equal to the preset distance value; the tensile strength of the anti-crack steel bars is larger than the preset tensile strength, and the diameter of the anti-crack steel bars in the anti-crack net is smaller than the preset percentage of the thickness of the anti-crack concrete layer, so that the anti-crack net can be completely located in the anti-crack concrete layer, and the internal stress on the anti-crack concrete layer is reduced; therefore, the anti-cracking performance of the anti-cracking concrete is effectively improved, the anti-cracking effect is achieved, and the service life of a concrete pouring body structure is effectively prolonged.
