本发明公开了一种硬岩地质情况下沉井下沉施工方法,S1:地场地进行平整,使场地满足旋挖钻机施工要求,S2:按照设计图纸,定位沉井内、外壁位置,采用梅花形设计引孔布置,并进行标注,步骤S3:运用旋挖钻采用跳孔法进行孔,钻孔顺序按照先外圈后内圈,步骤S4:每完成一个钻孔后立即采用碎石渣土进行回填,防止塌孔或穿孔,并减少对后续钻孔施工的影响。S5:所有钻孔回填完成之后按照在按照掘进下沉的方式进行后续沉井制作与施工。本发明通过在沉井施工之前采用旋挖钻机破碎硬岩结构,减小后续沉井掘进下沉难度,加快沉井下沉速度,并且方便了刃角下方掘土量控制,减少沉井发生倾斜的几率,很大程度的缩短硬岩地层沉井施工工期。
