The invention provides a method for measuring excavating work of an excavator, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a movable arm oil cylinder displacement sensor on a movable arm oil cylinder of the excavator, arranging an extending arm oil cylinder displacement sensor on an extending arm oil cylinder, arranging a bucket oil cylinder displacement sensor on a bucket oil cylinder, and arranging a first pin shaft sensor at a hinged part of a bucket and a bucket connecting rod; and the second pin shaft sensor is arranged at the hinged part of the bucket and the extending arm, so that the resistance of an excavated material pile to the bucket and the displacement of the bucket in the operation process can be conveniently obtained, and further the excavation work value during the operation of the excavator can be measured. The invention further provides the excavator adopted by the method for measuring the excavating work of the excavator.
本发明提供一种挖掘机挖掘功的测量方法,通过在挖掘机的动臂油缸上装设动臂油缸位移传感器,伸臂油缸上装设伸臂油缸位移传感器,铲斗油缸上装设的铲斗油缸位移传感器,并于铲斗与铲斗连杆的铰接处装设第一销轴传感器,于铲斗与伸臂的铰接处装设第二销轴传感器,可方便获得被挖掘料堆对铲斗的阻力及铲斗在作业过程中的位移,进而可实现对挖掘机作业时的挖掘功值进行测量。本发明还提供所述挖掘机挖掘功的测量方法所采用的挖掘机。
