The pipeline drainage control device comprises a sensor, a cloud platform, a core processing module, a first valve and a second valve, the sensors comprise turbidity sensors and conductivity sensors, and the sensors are placed at a plurality of positions in a rainwater pipe network and transmit data to the cloud platform; the cloud platform sends the data to the core processing module; the core processing module comprises a 4G module, a power supply module, an STM32 module, a first relay and a second relay, the 4G module transmits received data to the STM32 module, the STM32 module processes the received data and then controls the first relay and the second relay, so that opening and closing of the K1 valve and the K2 valve are controlled, and water is drained to a rainwater pipe network or a sewage pipe network.
