The diameter of the screw rod is smaller than or equal to the side length of the quadrangle at the tail part of the screw rod; the limiting clamping piece comprises a bottom plate and four limiting clamping blocks on the bottom plate; a screw hole is formed in the center of the bottom plate; the limiting clamping blocks are triangular prisms and are correspondingly and vertically arranged at the four corners of the top face of the limiting clamping piece bottom plate respectively, and a limiting clamping groove matched with the quadrilateral tail of the screw is formed in the inner sides of the four limiting clamping blocks. The screw rod is arranged in the connecting through hole of the component in a penetrating manner, and the connecting through hole is a quadrangle matched with the tail part of the screw rod; the limiting clamping piece is arranged outside the screw in the component connecting through hole in a sleeving mode, and the outer side face of the limiting clamping block is clamped in the component connecting through hole and locked through the nut. The high-strength bolt can be installed on one side, two components with plane plates can be connected in a fastened mode, and the connecting performance of a common high-strength bolt is achieved.
